Tungsten Design Studio is based out of Hayward WI and serves the Northwoods area with wallpaper and interior installation services. Its founder Ellie Thompson has worked in various roles throughout the construction industry, and that culmination of experience led to the establishment of Tungsten Design Studio.
Perhaps you are curious as to where our name comes from? Tungsten means “heavy stone” in Swedish, and the juxtaposition of something we know to be a metal while also being etymologically recognized as a rock offers creative potential when it comes to the things humanity builds and creates.
